Signal Therapy (PST) can treat the following
disorders: |
Osteoarthritis
Hip Dysplasia
Degenerative Joint Disease (Tendonitis)
Rheumatoid Disease (inflammation of joint tissue)
Sports Injuries (acute joint injuries, accidents)
Back Pain |
|
 |
|
During
therapy, your pet will receive nine,
consecutive, 30-minute treatments. Treatments
are administered daily and can be given as
frequently as 8 hours apart. It is very
important that the treatments be given
consecutively. After four or five treatments you
can skip for a period of no more than 48-hours,
then the treatments must resume. |

The
process of rebuilding the bone and cartilage takes
some time. Although many veterinarians and pet owners
report immediate results, you should expect to see a
continuing improvement in the degree of your pet's pain
and stiffness over a period of 8-16 weeks post
treatment. Some pets may never need to be treated again
for the rest of their lives, while others may need
re-treatment over a period of six months or two or three
years. |
This technology was
developed by the biophysicist and medical doctor, Richard
Markoll, M.D., Ph.D. Double-blind studies conducted under the
direction of Yale University School of Medicine on humans, and
published in the highly respected Journal of Rheumatology
indicate that more than 70% of patients treated showed a
significant improvement. Veterinarians currently using PST-Vet
report a higher incidence of success. To date, over 500,000
people and tens of thousands of animals have received treatment
in over 750 Pulsed Signal Therapy clinics worldwide.

PST
Pulsed Signal Therapy's mode of action is described as
emulating the body's electrical energy signals
(streaming potentials) that stimulate cartilage
regeneration, repair and maintenance |

What
is
Pulsed Signal Therapy? |
|
|
PST consists
of pulsed signals, transmitted into the joint to promote
the repair of damaged cells, to stimulate the normal
repair and maintenance process. PST is a non-surgical,
painless therapy without side effects. This therapy
achieves significant pain reduction in conjunction with
an increase in mobility. PST is a great option for
patients who cannot or will not tolerate NSAIDS and is a
cost effective alternative to NSAIDS and analgesic
drugs. Pulsed Signal Therapy is the only non-invasive
therapy patented to promote new bone and cartilage
growth! |
